Apartment for rent in a modern building: 970 sq. ft.

For this investment flat, a simple, elegant, and universal style was commissioned by the client. We decided to use walnut for floors and wall panels, while other elements use white and grey tones, offering high contrast. Typical Bauhaus principles were adopted in this space: high functionality, lack of ornament, simple forms, in addition to focus on rich, natural wood grains.
