Penthouse overlooking the park

This very geometric interior has lots of various transparency partitions and sliding doors, contrasting outlines and asymmetrical divisions. Executed for a Swiss client, we took inspiration from a skeleton watch design, where most parts of a movement are visible on all levels, by eliminating, or cutting through solid elements. Main goal was to create the effect of a large, almost unlimited space in each room, enhanced with the mysterious effect of appearing and disappearing objects. Extensive use of glass and mirrors, with the reflections of LED light sources enhances the feeling of extended depths. Open plant kitchen is partially hidden behind pocket doors in order to better integrate with the main living space.
