Customer commissioned a ground up renovation of a 2006 house, build by him as a family residence. Main feature of the building is it’s very high vault ceiling, extensive use of wood and marble. After 14 years of use the house started to show some signs of wear and tear. Besides a full interior repaint, wood refreshment and marble polish, some parts we re-designed in order to bring it to more modern esthetics, as well as all electrical installation incl. KNX system was updated and light sources changed into LED’s. Since the materials used originally by the investor were of a high quality, final result of the renovation works resulted the house looking brand new. Currently no parts shows any sign of use.
